Cypress oil refreshes, tones, deodorizes. It creates optimism and helps to overcome emotional traumas. It is effective as care for oily skin and excessive sweating.

Application method: Externally

Aroma lamp: 2 к. cypress per 20 ml of water or 1 tbsp. cypress and 1 k. lavender per 20 ml of water – has a calming effect.

Inhalation: 1 – 2 к. cypress for 4 – 7 minutes – for nervous tension, stress, insomnia, colds, coughs.

Cold inhalation: 3 к. on a handkerchief – soothes, restores emotional balance, removes frequent mood swings, irritability.

Massage: in very small doses-1 k. cypress and 2 k. lavender per 50 ml of base oil or 1 tbsp. cypress and 1 k. sandalwood per 50 ml of base oil-with bad skin odor, tingling, nervous tension, excessive sweating.
