Ginger oil has a warming, stimulating, arousing aroma, and acts as an aphrodisiac. It is used for problems with appetite, digestion, nausea and vomiting, swelling and pain in muscles and joints, colds, coughs and sore throats.

Application method: Externally

Aroma lamp: 2 k. ginger in an aroma lamp – for colds, colds, sore throats – as a bactericidal and nasal decongestant; for cough – as an expectorant; in case of fatigue – has a tonic effect. For aromatization of premises – 1 k. of ginger and one of the citrus oils – orange, tangerine or grapefruit, or 1 tbsp. of ginger and 1 tbsp. cinnamon.

Inhalation: 1 k. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. eucalyptus for 3 minutes – for colds

Aromamedallion: 6 k. ginger – for fatigue and apathy, increases concentration, acts as an aphrodisiac; in case of nausea in vehicles, morning sickness or hangover – aroma medallion with 3 k. ginger helps to overcome unpleasant sensations.

Bath: in case of fatigue and nervous tension – 2 k. ginger or 1 tbsp. ginger, 1 tbsp. bergamot and 1 k. orange in 1 cup of milk in a bath with a temperature of 28 – 35 ° C for 10-15 minutes – tones, improves memory; 3 k. ginger and 3 k. lavender on 1 tsp. bath salt with a temperature of 28 – 35 ° C for 15 minutes in the evening – cleanses the body of toxins.

Massage: 3 k. ginger per 25 ml of base oil (almond, apricot kernel, grape seed) or 2 tbsp. ginger and 2 tbsp. patchouli per 30 ml of base oil – enhances male potency, warms, arouses, gives determination and faith in their abilities; in case of fatigue and physical weakness – 2 k. ginger, 1 tbsp. sage, 1 tbsp. cypress per 50 ml of base oil.

In case of sports injuries: compresses with 3 k. ginger mixed with 25 ml of base oil relieves pain in sprained joints and stretched muscles, rheumatism; helps to remove bruises faster.

Face mask for oily, acne-prone skin: per 20 ml of jojoba oil – 3 tbsp. lavender, 2 k. ginger, 1 tbsp. bergamot – cleanses, removes inflammatory processes, tones and helps shrink pores.

Against foot fungus: to 50 ml of base oil (grape seeds, jojoba, wheat germ) add 3 k. tea tree, 3 k. lavender, 3 k. ginger, 1 tbsp. juniper. The feet are massaged twice a day.

The oil is also suitable for flavoring baits with a longer effect, especially in combination with milk flavors.
