Lemon Essential Oil – Citrus limon

Lemon oil refreshes, invigorates, creates mood, banishes bad thoughts. Helps to strengthen concentration, attention and efficiency. Increases the body’s resistance. Suitable for oily and aging skin. Shrinks pores, whitens and improves skin color. It is an excellent care for the hair, making it vibrant, shiny and fights dandruff.

Application method: Externally

Aroma lamp: the essential oil is dropped into the water of the aroma lamp. The air in the room is permanently scented. It creates a cozy and fresh mood. In case of nervous tension, for concentration of attention – 4 k. lemon, 2 k. rosemary, 2 tbsp. lavender, in case of fatigue – 4 k. lemon, 4 k. lavender, for depression – 4 k. lemon, 4 k. mint.

Inhalation: In general physical and mental exhaustion, fatigue, bronchitis, sinusitis, headache, colds – 2-3 k. lemon to 1 cup boiling water. The vapors are inhaled for 5-7 minutes.

Gargle: With sore throat, laryngitis, pharyngitis – 3 k. lemon drip on a teaspoon of baking soda and mix with a glass of warm water.

Drooling: In case of bleeding and inflammation of the gums – per 10 ml of water – 3 k. lemon.

Massage: For muscle pain, rheumatism, varicose and varicose veins – 30 k. lemon mixed with 50 ml of almond oil – massage the feet and legs. Under stress – 20 k. lemon, 10 k. sage with 50 ml of base oil of choice (grape seeds, almonds) – massage the whole body. For hemorrhoids – a mixture of 2 k. lemon, 2 k. rosemary and 20 ml of wheat germ – 2 times a day.

Bath: Invigorates, lowers high blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, in all infectious diseases, headaches, cellulite – 3-5 k. lemon at 35-39 ° C for 10-15 minutes.

Face mask: Cleansing, whitening – 2 tbsp. wheat germ, 1 tbsp. honey, 5 k. lemon. For acne and pigment spots – 5 k. lemon per 5 ml of apricot kernel oil.

Others: In case of nosebleeds – 1 k. lemon on a swab soaked in cold water and squeezed. It is placed in the nose and removed 2 hours after the bleeding has stopped. In case of insect bites – smear with pure lemon oil.
