Application method: Externally

Aromatizing lamps: 3-5 k. thyme oil – in colds, flu, hypotension, to increase working capacity and concentration of attention, to disinfect the air.

Inhalation: in case of colds – 1 k. thyme, 2 k. lavender or 2 tbsp thyme, 1 k. mint, 2 k. eucalyptus in 2 l. boiled water for 10 min., or 1 tbsp. thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary in 1 tsp warm water for 3-5 minutes.

Cold inhalations: for colds – 1-2 k. thyme or 1 tbsp. thyme, 1 k. eucalyptus or bronchitis, bronchopneumonia and runny nose – 2-3 k. thyme on a tissue, inhale for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a day.

Gargle: in 1 tsp warm water per 1 tbsp. honey – 1-2 k. thyme – for colds, sore throats, laryngitis, pharyngitis. Drooling in cold sores – in 1 hour warm water 1 tbsp. honey, 2 k. lavender, 1 k. thyme 5-7 times a day.

Bath: 3-5 k. thyme at 35 – 39 ° C for 10 minutes in the morning – acts tonic and strengthens the immune system.

Massage: 5 k. thyme per 10 ml of massage oil – for muscle and joint pain.

Rubs: for joint pain, rheumatism, sprains, neuralgia 7-8 k. thyme per 10 ml of base oil. For colds, sinusitis: a mixture of 10 ml of base oil, 2 tbsp. rosemary, 2 tbsp. thyme, 2 k. lemon is rubbed on and under the nose, under the jaws (middle of the chin to the ears and back), over the trachea, bronchi, back or 10 ml of base oil 2 k. eucalyptus, 2 k. thyme, 2 k. lavender. In case of temperature conditions, chills – base oil (maybe olive oil or vegetable oil) 1 tbsp, 5 tbsp. lavender, 4 k. lemon, 1 tbsp. thyme – rub the skin of the body, hands, feet if necessary 1-2 times a day.

Nasal drops: for sinusitis and runny nose: 5 ml of base oil, 3 tbsp. thyme in each nostril 2 k. of the mixture, 2-3 times a day.

Shampoo enricher: 3-5 k. at 10 g – for dandruff and hair loss, stimulates hair growth.
